 Fit Stop 24's Youth Fitness Program is an opportunity for all kids from 10-14 years of age to work with fitness professionals in a fun, challenging, and motivating environment. This program is perfect for anyone who wants to take their fitness abilities to the next level or learn about ways to increase health and wellness. The entire camp will incorporate weight training, cardio training, and nutritional information to create a top of the line fitness program.
