"Fitstop 24 has a great laid back atmosphere, unlike other gyms that can be stuffy or pretentious. The staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to share what they know to help you reach your goals. Unlike other gyms, they have a low turn over rate of employees so you get to see the same friendly faces every time you walk in the door, which is nice. In addition to all of that, the gym has 24 access so working out in the middle of the night is also an option, which is great for my ever changing work schedule."
