Fit Stop 24 is now open for business 24 hours a day 7 days a week to our members! You can call us at anytime at (360) 956-3400 during business hours or leave a message for a call back. Our staffed hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm or Saturday & Sunday 9-1.
We are now located in the former WAC building which was specifically designed to meet your fitness needs by the original owner of "Take Shape". At Fit Stop 24 Olympia you will now find a large group fitness room, child care, walk in saunas and an exclusive weight training floor.
