Fit Stop 24 Olympia has two membership options available for your fitness needs:
 
ALL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP:

  • 24/7 access to the facility
  • Unlimited Group Fitness Classes
  • Free towel service
  • Access to all amenities including Sauna, free weights, cardio equipment, fitness accessories (bands, balls, mats, etc.), selectorized machines that target specific muscle groups, showers, lockers and more.
 

EMPOWERMENT MEMBERSHIP:

  • 24/7 access to the facility
  • Unlimited Group Fitness Classes

  • Access to all amenities including Sauna, free weights, cardio equipment, fitness accessories (bands, balls, mats, etc.), selectorized machines that target specific muscle groups, showers, lockers and more.
  • A program design is provided by a trainer typically performed within the first week of your membership.  This program “empowers” you with the knowledge and tools to reach your goals with access to a trainer throughout the entire term of your membership.  You will work with your trainer to establish seat settings, proper weight loads, form and technique and will be provided with a work out log to track your results.  You will have follow ups that allow you to alter your program, increase weights, change your meal plan or assess lifestyle changes that may affect your current design.
  • Body fat analysis:  This type of measurement is much different than tracking your results on a scale.  When you are exercising or weight training there are many different factors that may affect your body weight such as building muscle, time of day, etc.  What the body fat analysis does is track your total body fat percentage.  So, what changes you may not see on the scale you will see in terms of measurements.   This is a much more efficient way of tracking your progress.
  • Nutritional Meal Plan:  This is a customized computer based program that is incorporated into your program design so that you may achieve your results as quickly and efficiently as possible.  The consultant designs a meal plan using foods that are already in your diet to come up with a balanced nutritional guideline that compliments your exercise plan and explains to you in detail how to incorporate this into your lifestyle.
